Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, you need to pay 50% of the total cost as a deposit first. After we receive the deposit, we will immediately start to provide you with the test-taking service. The remaining 50% of the fee will be paid at the end of the exam.
Can I get a refund if there is a problem with my grades?
Refunds are available, of course, and TestHelper keeps your score safe. If your score is canceled or no score is awarded, we will refund you after deducting the necessary service fee. In addition to a refund, you can also ask us to retake the exam without any further payment.
What if someone enters the room during the exam?
If someone enters the test room during the TOEFL/GRE/GMAT home test, you must ask them to leave immediately. After the other person leaves the test room, it is up to the invigilator to decide whether you are allowed to continue the test in the room. If the other person is in the test room for a short period and does not have much interaction and clear communication about the test with you, then your trial may not be penalized.
Can I choose not to disclose my test scores?
Sure. You can choose whether to publish the test scores according to your ideas, and TestHelper fully respects the privacy of each customer. We will not disclose your grades without your consent. If you agree to make your scores public, we will also see a mosaic of your information and scores.
